We came from out of state and Jacob responded to our request to help us look at homes. He took us out that very same day and spent the next 3-4 days out with us. We appreciated his expertise since we were from another state. He helped us from beginning to close even through the mortgage process. He went to our inspections, toured the new home after we closed, and made sure the home was secured until we got there. All-in-all he was great and we couldn't have done this process without him.
